From time to time we run retreats where individuals and groups can learn about the latest theories relating to creativity and also experience techniques for enhancing creative performance and innovation both in individuals and groups.
Since we are trying to take you out of the well-trodden grooves of daily activity that we all create in our lives, we hold these retreats in places that are surrounded by beauty and creative products; we try and ensure that the environment is also conducive to relaxation. Once our minds are relaxed we can focus on new thought patterns. A happy, relaxed state of mind is at its most creative.
As well as in our own creativity retreat, Casa Sol e Lua, in Portugal’s beautiful Algarve, we run custom retreat programs for individual organizations or open to everyone. Some of our retreats have an organizational slant and some are geared towards individual creativity. We can also facilitate retreats for specific groups in their locality.
